PhotoShop Edited Flower with one Simple Water Technique

I can't say that this is a pure photo but it is a photo that I edited to make it look more interesting. Originally what I was trying to do was to just clean up the grainyness of this photograph. Then I just got a little idea to try the Push Water Blur Type feature of PhotoShop. Sweet, It looks kind of weird.
